This delicious baked ham is the perfect festive dish or a family dinner. The ham is cooked slowly, keeping it juicy and flavorful.

Serving Size: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg ham (e.g., pork or turkey)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 ml fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Take the ham out to room temperature a few hours before cooking.
2. Rinse and dry the ham thoroughly.
3. Using a sharp knife, make a small incision in the thickest part of the ham and insert a meat thermometer.
4. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, honey, fresh orange juice, mustard, and crushed garlic.
5. Rub the mixture all over the surface of the ham. Add fresh herbs on top of the ham.
6. Bake the ham in the oven at 175°C (350°F) until the internal temperature reaches 78-82°C (172-180°F).
7. Let the ham rest under foil for about 15 minutes before slicing.
