Ingredients:
- 1 tub garlic Creme Bonjour
- 1 bag diced ham
- 1 bell pepper
- Milk (to achieve desired consistency)
- Blue cheese crumbs (for added flavor, optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the diced ham. Sauté until slightly browned.
3. Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and cook until the pepper softens.
4. Stir in the garlic Creme Bonjour and mix well.
5. Pour in milk to reach your desired consistency and stir.
6. If desired, add blue cheese crumbs for extra flavor. Stir until the cheese melts into the sauce.
7. Serve the sauce over pasta or rice.
