A delicious ham and pepper sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta or potatoes.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g smoked ham, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepper-flavored cream cheese
- 0.5 dl heavy cream
- 1.5 dl water
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a little oil in a skillet and add the sliced smoked ham. Cook until the ham is nicely browned.
2. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
3. Pour the water into the skillet and stir.
4. Sprinkle the potato starch into the mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes on low heat.
7. Serve warm with pasta or potatoes.
