Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve about 1 cup of the cooking water.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and chili powder. Sauté until the garlic is golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss well. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley and mix.
6. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
