Ingredients:
- 4 slices of fresh bread (e.g., baguette or rye bread)
- 2 avocados
- 100 g fresh cheese (e.g., feta or mozzarella)
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
- Edible rose petals for garnish
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and mash them in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the avocado mash over the toasted bread slices.
4. Crumble the fresh cheese on top of the avocado.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the bread.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs and rose petals.
7. Serve immediately under the morning sun.
