A delightful and refreshing pasta perfect for hot summer days on the terrace, enjoying the sun with friends and family.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g. fusilli or penne)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the cucumber and red onion.
3. In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
4. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
