A delicious and traditional German dish flavored with lemon and capers. This crispy cutlet is perfect to serve with French fries.

Ingredients:

- Pork loin cutlets (2 pieces)
- All-purpose flour (about ½ cup per cutlet)
- Salt
- White pepper
- Egg (1 piece)
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying (about ½ cm in the pan)
- Lemon (1 piece)
- Capers

Instructions:

1. Pound the pork loin cutlets until thin.
2. Bread the cutlets as follows:
- Mix flour, salt, and white pepper together.
- Dredge the cutlet in the flour mixture.
- Dip lightly in the beaten egg.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a pan until it shimmers (about ½ cm deep).
4. Fry the cutlet on both sides until the coating is golden brown.
5. Place the cutlet on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Top the cutlet with lemon slices and plenty of capers.
