Crispy oven-baked French fries, the perfect side dish for any meal. An easy and delicious recipe!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes lengthwise into about 1 cm thick slices.
2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well to coat the potatoes with the spices.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through baking.
6. Serve warm.
