Ingredients:
- 1 vegan schnitzel
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Good bread (two slices per serving)
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Fresh horseradish
- Pickled red cabbage or sauerkraut
- Sprouts or microgreens
Instructions:
1. Fry the vegan schnitzel in oil until crispy and hot. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Slice two pieces of bread and toast or grill them if desired.
3. Mix the vegan mayonnaise with finely grated horseradish to taste.
4. Spread the horseradish mayo on the top and bottom slices of bread.
5. Fill the sandwich with the fried schnitzel, pickled red cabbage (or sauerkraut), and sprouts.
6. Press the top slice down and enjoy your tasty creation!
