Ingredients:

- 4 slices of veal
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml breadcrumbs
- 100 g butter or oil for frying
- Lemon slices for serving

Instructions:

1. Pound the veal slices until they are thin.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
4. Dredge the meat first in flour, then dip it in the eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the schnitzels until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
7. Transfer the fried schnitzels to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
8. Serve with lemon slices on the side.
