Ingredients:
- 4 pork loin steaks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Pineapple rings for serving
Instructions:
1. Flatten the pork loin steaks until they are very thin.
2. Prepare three plates: place flour, salt, and white pepper on the first plate. In the second plate, crack and lightly beat the egg with a fork. Put breadcrumbs on the third plate.
3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs, ensuring the steak is well covered.
4. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded steaks until golden brown on both sides. Keep an eye on the cooking time as it is quick.
