Delicious and juicy chicken nuggets, perfect for a snack or weekend meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika in one bowl; beat the eggs in another bowl; and place the breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
3. Take each piece of chicken and first coat it in the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, ensuring each piece is well covered.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets in the oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
