- ½ tsp salt - 1 package of chocolate sauce (or another type)
- 4 eggs
- 8 cups milk (or 5 cups milk + 3 cups sparkling water)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2½-3 cups all-purpose flour (sugar)
Instructions
1. Whisk the eggs vigorously in a bowl. 2. Add the milk (or milk-sparkling water mixture) and flour to the eggs. Mix until smooth.
3. Incorporate the melted butter into the batter and mix well.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan. Cook the pancakes until they are golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve the pancakes warm with chocolate sauce.
