Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for about a minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the spinach. Crumble the feta cheese into the mixture and stir well. If the pasta is too dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
5. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
