Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 kg rutabagas
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl raisins
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the rutabagas into small cubes.
2. Cook the rutabagas in salted water for about 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain the water.
3. Mash the rutabagas into a smooth puree.
4. Add cream, milk, raisins, sugar, salt, ginger, and cinnamon to the puree. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the rutabaga mixture into the dish.
6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 45-60 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
