A delicious Finnish dish made with rutabaga, cream, and spices, perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg rutabaga
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dl raisins (optional)
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cube the rutabaga. Boil the rutabaga cubes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash.
2. Mix the mashed rutabaga with cream, milk, brown sugar, eggs, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add raisins if desired.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into the dish.
4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 1 hour, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
5. Allow to cool and freeze if needed for later use.
