A delicious and creamy chicken stew with a medley of vegetables, perfect for a comforting meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken minute steaks (unseasoned)
- 500 g Wok-classic vegetable mix (Findus)
- 6 dl cooking cream (15% fat)
- 1 large onion
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
2. Brown the chicken minute steaks in the pan on both sides until they are golden. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep them warm.
3. Peel and chop the large onion. Add the onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes soft.
4. Add the Wok-classic vegetable mix to the onion and sauté for a moment until the vegetables are heated through.
5. Pour the cooking cream over the vegetables and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Return the browned chicken steaks to the sauce and let it simmer for another 10 minutes to combine the flavors.
7. Serve the stew with rice or potatoes. Enjoy!
