A delicious and quick meal combining chicken and colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 can sliced mushrooms- 1 pack of stir-fry vegetables (e.g., Findus, Classic)
- 300 g chicken strips
- Sweet chili sauce to taste
- 1 pack of pea, corn, and bell pepper mix
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Brown the chicken strips in a splash of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.2. During the last few minutes of cooking, add the sliced mushrooms and season with sweet chili sauce.
3. Cook for a short time until the liquid evaporates.
4. Transfer the mushroom and chicken mixture to a pot and set aside.
5. Stir-fry the vegetables in the pan according to package instructions.
6. Add the pea, corn, and bell pepper mix to the stir-fried vegetables and stir.
7. Finally, add the chicken mixture to the vegetables and mix well.
8. Serve immediately.
