A rich and moist chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the mixture and stir well.
3. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Then, add the eggs to the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
4. Sift in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter, and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. The cake should be slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with chocolate frosting for decoration.
