Ingredients:

- 2 liters of diced turnips (peeled)
- Salt for boiling water
- ½ dl breadcrumbs
- ½ dl cream
- About 1.5 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the turnips. Boil them in salted water until soft.
2. Drain the turnips and mash them into a smooth consistency.
3. Mix the mashed turnips with breadcrumbs, cream, and salt.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into two foil trays.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
