Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla sugar.
3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
5. Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with your choice of toppings, such as berries or maple syrup.
