Ingredients:

- 600 g lamb steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh spinach

Instructions:

1. Take the lamb steaks out of the refrigerator and let them reach room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Season the lamb steaks with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the steaks to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are beautifully browned.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the steaks and add the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften slightly.
5. Serve the steaks with fresh spinach on the side.
