Ingredients

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 packet onion soup mix (or enough to make 1 liter)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 3-4 tbsp browned flour (or more for thicker gravy)
- 500 g ground beef

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, black pepper, allspice, chopped onion, onion soup mix, and salt.
2. Add ground beef and mix all ingredients well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Heat a frying pan and cook the patties on both sides until golden brown.
5. Remove the patties from the pan and keep them warm.
6. To make the gravy: add mustard powder and browned flour to the pan, mixing well.
7. Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency for the gravy.
8. Pour the gravy over the patties and serve warm.
