- Water (for warm herbal tea)
- Alcohol (e.g., unflavored vodka 28-32%)
- Oil (e.g., olive oil)
- Wine vinegar

Instructions:

1. Prepare the herbs: Gather and dry the chosen wild herbs, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.

2. Make a water extract:
- Warm extract: Place 1-2 teaspoons of dried herbs in a cup and pour hot water over them. Let steep for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
- Cold extract: Soak dried herbs in cold, boiled, and cooled water overnight.
3. Make an alcohol extract:
