Ingredients:
- 65% whole grain rice
- 12% chicken
- 2% zucchini
- 2% carrot
- 19% sauce (water, sunflower oil, curry, milk powder, salt, and spices)
Instructions:
1. Open the plastic lid and place the can on a stable surface.
2. Use the included nail to puncture three holes in the bottom of the can to initiate the chemical heating reaction.
3. After the reaction starts, carefully open the can and replace the lid on top.
4. Allow the food to cook for under 15 minutes, stirring occasionally during the heating process.
5. Enjoy the warm dish straight from the can.
