Crispy and delicious, French fries are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips about 1 cm thick.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
4. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5. Add the potato strips to the oil mixture and toss well to ensure all strips are coated.
6. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the cooking time.
8. Remove the fries from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
