Ingredients:

- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, potatoes, and bell pepper.
2. Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds.
3. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the chorizo. Cook until it gets some color.
4. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for a few more minutes until the onions are soft.
5. Add the potatoes and bell pepper, mixing well.
6. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Add paprika, salt, and black pepper.
7. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat. Let it simmer on low for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
9. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
