Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Take the chorizo sausages out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before grilling.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grill grate with oil.
3. Grill the chorizo sausages for about 10-15 minutes, turning them regularly until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
4. If desired, grill the vegetables simultaneously for added flavor.
5. Serve the chorizo sausages with fresh bread or buns, and pile on the grilled vegetables.
