Hearty Raw Chorizo and Couscous

Ingredients:
- 250 g raw chorizo
- 200 g couscous
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for a moment until the garlic is soft.
3. Add the raw chorizo to the pan and cook until it is well browned and cooked through.
4. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a saucepan.
5. Pour the couscous into a bowl and add the boiling vegetable broth. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the couscous steam for about 5 minutes.
6. Fluff the couscous with a fork, then stir in the chorizo and garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the dish garnished with fresh herbs.
