A delicious savory pastry filled with a flavorful mixture of siskonmakkara and couscous.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- Cooked couscous
- Siskonmakkara sausage
- Tomato paste
- Cream
- Garlic salt
- Black pepper
- Egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Cook the couscous according to package instructions.
2. Squeeze the siskonmakkara into a bowl and add the spices and cream. Mix in the cooked couscous.
3. Cook the mixture in a pan with butter until the siskonmakkara is fully cooked. Taste and add onion if needed.
4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into square pieces.
5. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
6. Brush the edges with egg and seal the pastries tightly.
7. Brush the tops of the pastries with egg and bake in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm!
