A delightful savory pastry filled with cream cheese, bacon, and zucchini, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients:
- 1 package Lidl puff pastry
- 100 g bacon, chopped
- 100 g onion, diced
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Cut the puff pastry into squares.
3. Brush the edges of the pastry squares with beaten egg.
4. Add about a teaspoon of cream cheese to the center of each square.
5. Layer thin slices of zucchini on top of the cream cheese.
6. Sprinkle chopped bacon and diced onions over the zucchini.
7. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve warm.
