Description: A delicious combination of spicy chorizo and tender potatoes, served with a rich romesco sauce.

Ingredients:
- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml romesco sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chorizo slices until golden brown.
4. Drain the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes.
5. Add the potatoes to the pan with the chorizo and sauté for a few more minutes until the potatoes are slightly browned.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the potato and chorizo mixture with romesco sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
