Ingredients:
- 1.5 liters of water - 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 packs of soup vegetables
- 1 packet of raw chorizo sausage (e.g., Saarioinen)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a pot, add the water and vegetable stock cubes.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the soup vegetables and season with black pepper.
5. Squeeze the chorizo sausage into the pot in thumb-sized pieces.
6. Let it simmer gently for another 10 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.
7. Check the doneness of the sausage and season with salt if needed.
8. Garnish the servings with chopped parsley and enjoy with cold milk.
