Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onions to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until soft.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Add the garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
