Ingredients:

- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Tzatziki sauce

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
2. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly golden brown.
5. Assemble the burgers: on the bottom bun, layer lettuce, a lamb patty, tomato slices, red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and finally tzatziki sauce. Top with the upper bun.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
