A delicious and flavorful lamb kebab recipe, perfect for grilling or pan-frying.

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
2. Shape the mixture into small kebab skewers.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Fry the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve hot or warm with bread, such as pita or soft flatbread.
