A delicious baked potato casserole combining crispy potato strips, juicy kebab pieces, and colorful vegetables. Perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients:

- 500 g potato strips or potato-onion mix
- 300 g kebab pieces
- 250 g vegetable strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 100 ml milk
- A splash of sweet chili sauce
- Paprika powder
- Salt / seasoning salt
- Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a baking dish, layer the potato strips, kebab pieces, vegetable strips, and chopped onion. Season each layer with paprika powder and salt.
2. Pour the cooking cream and milk over the layers. If desired, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
3. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
