Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

Kebab:
- 500 g ground beef or lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
Pita Bread:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Kebab: In a large bowl, mix all the kebab ingredients together. Shape the mixture into long, flat kebab patties. Cook the kebabs in a hot pan with oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
2. Make the Pita Bread: In a bowl, combine dry yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy. Gradually add salt, olive oil, and flour, mixing until well combined. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Allow it to rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
3. Bake the Bread: Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into round discs. Cook the discs in a hot pan or bake in an oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 5-7 minutes until they puff up and turn golden.
4. Serving: Fill warm pita breads with kebabs and your choice of toppings such as vegetables, sauces, and salad.
