Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef - 200 g kebab meat
- 150 g grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. 2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, kebab meat, grated cheese, eggs, cooking cream, and chopped onion.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into patties.
5. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
6. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve the patties warm with a side of salad or mashed potatoes.
