A delicious and juicy meat dish, perfect for grilling or baking. This recipe combines lamb and beef mince for a uniquely flavorful kebab. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 500 g ground lamb - 500 g ground beef
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (or a splash of chicken stock)
- 2 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 dl fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 dl onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb and ground beef. 2. Add the chicken bouillon cube (or chicken stock) and all the spices: sea salt flakes, black pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, parsley, and onion.
3. Pour in the olive oil and mix all ingredients well by hand or with a wooden spoon until the mixture is uniform.
4. Shape the mixture into long, thin kebab sticks or balls.
5. Grill the kebabs over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are beautifully browned and cooked through. Alternatively, you can bake the kebabs in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Serve the kebabs warm with pita bread, salad, and sauce.
