Spicy Indian minced meat skewers perfect for grilling parties. These delicious kebabs are packed with flavor and ideal for summer gatherings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Knead the mixture by hand until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into long skewers using your hands or roll them onto wooden sticks.
4. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with oil.
5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning them regularly until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
6. Serve the kebabs hot with naan bread and a fresh salad.
