A creamy and flavorful chanterelle sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta, meat, or potatoes.

Ingredients:

- 300 g fresh chanterelles
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and chop them into desired sizes.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the onion. Sauté until the onion is soft.
4. Add the garlic and chanterelles to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chanterelles are tender and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour in the cream and vegetable broth. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm with pasta or meat, and garnish with fresh parsley.
