Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The cake should be set but slightly moist in the center.
8. Let cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious chocolate cake!
