Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and place them in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder over the chicken strips. Mix well.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and lime juice into the skillet. Let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
