Ingredients:

- 500 g salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 300 ml fish broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1-2 chili peppers, chopped (optional, seeds removed)
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
2. Add the crushed garlic and chopped chili peppers, and sauté for another minute.
3. Add the diced potatoes and fish broth to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are nearly tender.
4. Add the salmon fillet and cream. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and flaky.
5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh dill.
