Ingredients:

- 400 g scallops
- 50 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 100 ml white wine (optional)

Instructions:

1. Thaw frozen scallops slowly in the refrigerator. Drain and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about a minute until golden brown.
3. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden and cooked through.
4. Pour the lemon juice and white wine (if using) into the skillet. Let it simmer briefly to enhance the flavors.
