Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes
- 400 g cold smoked salmon
- 2 liters of water
- 2 onions
- 1 leek
- 2 carrots
- A piece of dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, onions, carrots, and leek.
2. Heat the water in a large pot and add the diced potatoes, onions, carrots, and leek. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the cold smoked salmon to the soup and let it simmer for a few minutes until the fish is warmed through.
4. Season the soup with salt and pepper. You can add chopped dill to taste if desired.
5. Serve hot.
