A deliciously spiced pumpkin pie perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl pumpkin puree
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl cream
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour the cream into the mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
6. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
