Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust - 400 g pumpkin puree (or sweet potato puree)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Prepare the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
5. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, until the filling is set.
6. Allow the pie to cool at room temperature before serving.
