Ingredients:

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup roasted pumpkin (pureed)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup cream (optional, for serving with whipped cream)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
3. Bake the pie crust in the oven for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugars, vanilla extract, eggs, and spices. Mix well.
5. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
6. Bake the pie in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, until the filling is set.
